Returns & Exchanges

At Noir Sur Blanc, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange your item(s) in accordance with the policy below.

Exchange Conditions

To be eligible for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:

• An exchange request must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Items must be in new, unworn condition, with original tags attached.

We are not liable for any loss or damage that may occur during the return shipping process. Items that do not meet the return criteria will be sent back to the customer.

Important Notes

• Any sale items are non-refundable & non-exchangable.
• Customers will not be reimbursed for the original shipping charges.
• Customers are responsible for bearing the cost of return shipping to our office.

Processing Time

Please allow 14 business days for your return to be reviewed and processed after delivery. In some cases, processing may take longer due to high volumes or other unforeseen circumstances.
